All items are handmade with care in Austin, TX. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During busy seasons or for custom pieces, processing times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes, we ship worldwide! International delivery times vary based on destination and customs processes, but generally range from 7–21 business days. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We use sustainable, minimal packaging whenever possible to reduce waste — while still ensuring your piece arrives safely and beautifully wrapped.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your piece — but if for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Many of our pieces are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a similar item, feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to discuss a custom order.

Custom pieces, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
